1971
“TAIWAN JOHNSON INDUSTERIES.CO.,LTD” was established featuring import and export of hardware, bicycle ,bicycle parts , accessories. And electrical appliances……etc.

1975
Exportation extended to U.S.A., South East Asia, Middle East, North America , Europe and Africa. Global sales network was well set and for the first time being awarded as the best performance or Taiwan importer and exporter.

1981
Machinery division established. Basically, specializes in machine tools, bicycle parts making machines and also offering whole plant/layout project/equipment export services.

1983
Computer system was equipped and began to employ bilingual secretaries. Started participating actively in international exhibitions actively, such as T.I.C.S/IFMA/TIC/INTERBIKE…..etc.

1989
Established a new warehouse and QC center to enhance quality inspection and to expedite delivery schedule.

1993
Preparing establishment of our U.S.A/H.K., mainland China and Japan branch offices to improve business and customers service.

1994
Mainland China and Japan branch offices started to operate.

1995-1997
Joint venture with related factories and celebrated our 25th anniversary. In the past 26 years, our high efficiency and reliable service enabled us to work successfully with customers over 80 countries in the world.

2012
In response to changing era and global trend, Taiwan Johnson operated series of reformation; integrate the company structure, upgrade both soft and hardware and reconnect the industry chain to enhance the quality and provide better service.
